This supply was designed for commercial and military shipboard applications where DC backup is required for loss or interruption of primary AC ships power. The supply’s internal battery is approved for use in all shipboard spaces and does not require a certified battery locker.

In its normal state, the supply provides regulated pure 12- or 24-volt DC from the vessels onboard AC source. However, should that source be interrupted the supply provides a seamless changeover to its internal battery, permitting uninterrupted service to the equipment on board.

The supply features a green visual LED indicator when it is operating in its normal state. The indicator changes to red when the supply is operating on its internal batteries.

A separate set of dry contacts is available to indicate battery operation for an external alarm. An additional set of dry contacts is provided which close when the battery voltage drops below 80% of its fully charged output.

The supply is provided standard with case mounted circuit breakers for both input and output.

Mil Standard input and output plugs are provided, as are 10 ft. standard cables.

Higher output current ratings and dual DC output connections for special applications are available on request.
